2024: A Landmark Year for Uncountable
This year, Uncountable grew into a truly global organization with over 80 employees spanning North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Our expansion reflects our commitment to providing localized support for our customers while delivering a Unified Laboratory Informatics Software platform for R&D digitalization.
We’re proud to announce several major new customers this year, including global leaders such as Mondelēz International, Clariant, Syngenta, Jotun, and many more. With these additions, we crossed the 100-customer milestone, with users now leveraging our platform in over 50 countries worldwide. These achievements underscore our mission to revolutionize R&D across various industries, from food and beverage, paint, crop protection, paints, and more – by providing a flexible, powerful, and user-focused solution that helps organizations accelerate innovation and bring new products to market faster.
Advancing Uncountable's Platform for a Connected Future
In 2024, we made significant strides in enhancing our platform to meet the diverse needs of R&D teams. Highlights include:
- A more robust synthesis module to streamline workflows for customers with complex requirements.
- A new voice-entry mode for data collection and the ability to search data via text-based prompts
- A simplified, more configurable UI when building recipes and entering data
- Enhanced dashboard and notebook capabilities to summarize data more flexibly for sharing and collaboration.

- LLM Integration: We’re pushing the boundaries of how AI can enhance R&D with expanded large language model (LLM) integrations. These enhancements will enable real-time assistance for chemists through advanced search capabilities, automated plotting, and intelligent notebook and recipe generation.
- Improved QC and Statistical Support: Quality control is critical to product success, and our improved QC charting and statistical tools will ensure teams can analyze data more effectively and make informed decisions faster.
- Expanded Support for PLM and Project Management: In 2025, we’ll offer full support for product lifecycle management (PLM) and project management activities, making our platform the go-to choice for R&D teams at every stage of the innovation process.
