NOEL HOLLINGSWORTH
Noel was previously the Director of Data at Second Spectrum, where in 2016 he was named to the Forbes 30 under 30 for his work with spatial-temporal pattern recognition. He worked with 14 NBA teams to improve their game plans and leverage player movement data for a competitive advantage. Noel is a graduate of MIT where he earned a Master’s of Engineering with a focus on machine learning and a B.S. in Computer Science.

JASON HIRSHMAN
Jason was previously at Stanford University, where he received a Master’s in Computer Science and a B.S. in Mathematics. He was selected for the Stanford A.I. Innovation Group, which sought to apply machine learning in impactful ways. Jason's prior industry experience includes building software at Palantir to model data from Syrian refugee camps, leading the mentorship program at StartX, and working as an engineer at BenchPrep.

Will was previously a Product Design Engineer at Apple, where he developed key design features in ground-breaking laptops. While at Apple, he worked in large-scale assembly plants to implement design features and processes that were optimized for mass-production environments. Will is a graduate of MIT where he earned a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering and a minor in Mechanical Engineering.

Josh was previously a Business Development Manager at Quid, where he supported strategic growth initiatives to help Fortune 100 consumer goods, consulting, and technology companies leverage artificial intelligence to enhance their decision-making processes. Alina was previously a Senior Account Executive at Matmatch, a Munich based start-up operating in digital marketing for material suppliers. She was working with C level representatives from metal and polymer industries and was responsible for sales, customer onboarding and further customer success management. Prior to her job in Germany she was working as a project economist in the Oil&Gas construction company in Central Asia. Alina has a MA in International Business from University of Applied Sciences in Mainz.

ROBIN MARCENAC
Robin was previously the Head of Customer Experience & Success at Pypestream, responsible for all conversational AI customer implementations and ongoing support. Prior to that he was a Delivery Lead in IBM's Cognitive & AI practice, where he deployed SaaS solutions leveraging Watson APIs for electronics, chemicals and manufacturing companies. Robin is a graduate of the Jerome Fisher Program at the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School.

JOSEPH MANN
Joseph previously received his PhD in Materials Engineering from Stanford (Appel Lab). Through his PhD he designed (1) the fastest acting insulin formulation and (2) a cold chain resilient insulin formulation through high-throughput polymer synthesis and characterization. He has also worked in research labs at CSIRO in Melbourne (Rapid Automated Materials Processing Lab), UCSB (Hawker Lab), Eindhoven University of Technology (Meijer Lab) and was a Goldwater Scholar, Stanford Graduate Fellow, and a National Defense Graduate Fellow. In his free time, he is definitely surfing, or at least dreaming about it.

Yijun was previously at the University of California, Berkeley, where she completed her postdoctoral program in chemistry. She researched nanomaterial synthesis, catalyst design, and anti-corrosive paint formulation. She consulted for Berkeley National Labs and participated in the Insight Data Science Program. Yijun is a graduate of Iowa State, where she earned a PhD in Chemistry.

Katie is a graduate of MIT, where she earned a B.S. in EECS and a Master’s of Engineering in Human-Computer interaction. Her graduate research with the MIT Visualization Group focused on building an intuitive, interactive web tool for users to make complex data visualizations. As an undergraduate, Katie’s research on large-scale modular soft robots was published in the Soft Robotics Journal. She previously interned as a full-stack developer at Peloton and on the Touch and Sensing team at Apple.

Martin previously worked at a startup solving data standardization problems for the Commercial Real-estate industry. Prior to that he worked at Boeing building mission critical software for Defense. Martin has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Queensland. Martin brings a unique perspective having worked in software teams based in London, Seattle and Brisbane.

Isaac was previously at Amherst College, where he graduated with honors in Computer Science and completed medical school requisites. His honors thesis focused on addressing computational problems in life science with Bayesian statistics. Before Uncountable, Isaac was developing interactive data visualizations for functional ecology education with the TrEnCh Project at the University of Washington.

TIM WANG
Tim studied Applied-Mathematics and Computer Science at Brown University, focusing on the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning pathway. He spent two years as an undergraduate teaching assistant for Brown's introductory Computer Science course, developing course materials and teaching new students core computer science concepts. Tim has previous experience as a full-stack developer at Brown-funded startups. In his spare time, he enjoys working on personal projects, and has recently started his senior year capstone on game development.

Brendan Le is a current student at Brown University, concentrating in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. Brendan has done research in human-computer interaction on a project that analyzed designers' sketching behavior, as well as research in explainable AI and deep reinforcement learning. He has experience with modern web app development and also enjoys working on game development projects in his spare time.

YAKOV KUTSOVSKY
Yakov Kutsovsky is the CEO of MateriaX, an advisory firm enabling development and commercialization of new materials. He is also Senior Advisor at Uncountable and an Expert-in-Residence at Harvard University. Over the last 15 years, Yakov was the CTO and CSO of Cabot Corporation, a global specialty chemicals company. Yakov led the development of multiple products and manufacturing innovations. Yakov advanced Cabot-wide technology platforms including elastomeric composites, materials for next generation tires, adhesives and batteries. Yakov holds PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Yakov has published 20 papers and was granted 17 patents covering a broad range of technical areas.
